Hello sir, I have a question, How to calculate the volume of dirt removed based on 2: 1 slope, site area 2.00 acres, disturbed area 3.11 acres, earthwork estimate: cut - 12,403 cu yd, fill - 4,265 cu yd ???

Not enough information.
2:1 slope is fairly simple math. Go down one foot, move horizontally two feet. So, if you go down 6 feet, go over 12 feet...but how far laterally? In order to figure out cubic yards, you have to have all three numbers. Also, one acre, one foot deep, is 1666 cubic yards.

How can the site area be smaller than the disturbed area?

But I agree with Bob, not enough information.

Also, is that compacted dirt that they are asking about or "fluffed" dirt?
