I know nothing about their fish food but checked into them quite a few years ago. Their feed was about half what others were selling for. So, I called the head of Purinas fish food area, Dr. Mark Griffith, and asked him. He told me that their retail price was less than he paid for ingredients so I passed. I PERSONALLY consider them an unknown and their price is about the same as the major brands that I have good experience with.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

I have no personal experience with the product. The link has some info including "... Bluegill,..., Yellow Perch, and Red Drum are major carnivorous species ". Feeding studies IMO do not agree with these fish species requiring high protein (above 32%). In addition I cant determine from the link what % of the protein is from fish meal which is the best source for predator fish. FM is listed about 4th in line which usually means it is a low %. More info would help.

Priced right up there with the top of the premium suppliers. If they want to get that much $/# they need to do a better job explaining why they are worth it.
1.8 acre pond with CNBG, RES, HSB, and LMB Trophy Hunter feeder.

That was my thoughts. Need more details. The protein % is sure high though.
Reason I asked was when I bought my fish to stock my pond that is the brand they used an carried. I got 5 bags from them because that is what they had. I have been feeding it and the fish seem to be doing fine but I have nothing to compare it to. I think when it runs out I will switch to Optimal instead of buying more.

It works best when you transition from one food to another over time. Mix % start with high % old food type and work to having none over time (couple mths).
