Young of the year sunfish is my guess, I am leaning toward a bluegill due to the faint verical stripes.

Someone put some small bg in the pond in the spring, but I doubt they're offspring from those. Must have been a few straglers. This is from my small pond (less than an acre) years ago I only caught lmb, but havnt fished it in a while since I've been slowly working on the big pond.
