I cringe when I hear some new post that they have a wet area they want to go ahead and turn into a pond. This article is specific to farming, but change the situation into someone renting a bulldozer and building a pond instead. Same laws apply. Farmer pushes back

That right there is something to get anyone P.O.'ed!
Perfect example of fanatical "activists" using their authority to push their personal agenda. I'd be surprised if the Corp member that started it all wasn't some radical Left wing earth worshipper.
