Stocked the pond with BG 12 weeks ago. The kids caught several in the 5.5-6" range on rod n reel today. Checked my trap and had fish of all sizes. Think my BG spawned or are some of them way behind on growth?

At 12 weeks ago they likely could have spawned but likely only once or twice. The last fish is not stunted. If they spawned when they first went in it is unlikely that the yoy would be 3-4 inches as the last fish is.

So it's just difference in growth rates? Maybe that fish isn't coming to the feeder? How long would be expected for a BG to get to 3-4" like the last photo?

In your location with feeding the yoy can grow an inch a month.

From SRAC fact sheet – southern ponds

With a feeding
program, fry should grow as
much as 1 inch per month.
Fingerlings should reach stocker
size of 2 to 3 inches (51 to 76 mm)
in 60 to 100 days.Bluegill fry are reported to grow
best at 30C - 86F.

So either it just isn't growing as fast or it was in the pond before I stocked my BG?
