Removed the 6 displays from my desktop and went with a single 55 inch UHD TV monitor.

Wow! How's text look on it? Text is better than the ASUS display port 27in HD computer monitors I was using. I always thought that those were in the top 5 of what I have observed. 3840x2160 @ 60HZ gives the OS a lot to work with.

I do I.T. to maintain high level cash flow to pond management, fishing, as well as all my other interests. Think of I.T. as the automated hobby feeder.....

Dwight! You're right. I would hate to think how much my fish/fishing hobby costs me. Like so many of us, having way too many other hobbies can be a blessing and a curse. Some cost. Some can be profitable. I guess they all even out. Lynda and I are seriously downsizing -- again! This is at least the third time. At the young ages of only 69 and 70, we'll probably do this at least two more times, assuming our health stays good. As they say, "what goes around comes around". Long before they were popular, I built several "Tiny Homes" on lake front properties. Maybe that is where we are headed next.

Speaking of downsizing; I really need to downsize my fishing gear. Quite a few years ago Dwight and I listed the amount of fishing gear that we each had. Both had a LOT and I think he shaded me. Started looking the other day. About 9 tackle boxes full and more scattered stuff, about 25 fishing poles of one kind or another and a 20 ft Ranger bass boat that I haven't used since my tournament days. The lake days ended when I had my bigger pond built. I seldom use anything but a spinning rod for BG/CNBG/GSF. Occasionally, I'll dig out a bass rod but the sunfish are a lot more fun.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
Without a sense of urgency, Nothing ever gets done.

Dave, i keep buying fishing gear then forget about it until I find it a year or so later when I'm looking for something else!
