Was thinking about putting one tilapia in a Koi pond for clean up. Don't want reproduction, just keep it clean. I figure before it gets too cold to remove the tilapia and add to a fish fry. Anyone have experience with this? And where to get just one tilapia?

Mike,
If your pond is in Illinois, Tilapia are not legal for stocking in ponds, even in a koi pond.
