Wondering what temperature most see active feeding on the following: I've read through , see some have success as early as 45deg on some of these...
HBG - 55deg? HSB - ? SMB - ? YP - ?
New pond I'm sure could take longer to start, established ponds where fish are already conditioned probably start at a bit cooler temps?

HSB and YP are cool water fish so they eat at lower temps. SMB about 50 and BG about 55. They all eat at lower temps but not a lot.

My cnbg have fed every day for 2 years. My water gets down to 50 and they slow but still feed.I have never turned my feeder completely off.

Depending on local adaptation BG are a little more cool tolerant and thus will feed down to lower temps than CNBG. The 55 temp is not a floor but is the temp where both BG and CNBG metabolism starts to noticeably slow. It is quite common for fish in the slow down phase to feed well on sunny warming days.
