Hello to all.

I am new to this forum, just found out about it. I live in NW Ohio and have a 2-2.5 acre pond.
The pond is my sanctuary, just about every day i will head out after work and throw some lures or just sit and watch the fish.
The pond has just about every species of fish native to Ohio, plus grass carp. Adding a lot of structure this year, pine trees, concrete rip rap along edges for erosion control.

Looking forward to learning all that i can and maybe contribute along the way.

Thanks for having me.
Scott

Welcome from a Hoosier neighbor. Your location is a blessing to you as you are probably not too far from Bill Cody.

Do you even have sheephead, bowfin, and chain pickerel? Are they reproducing?.

Bill, I do not have those 3 species. Would like to put pickerel in the pond.

I do have (learning the abbreviations) LMB,SMB,BG,Crappie,CC,Walleye,Gar,NP not sure they have survived, YP. I know i'm missing something.

Thanks for the warm welcome.
