Those two make somebody somewhere proud.
Excerpt from Robert Crais' "The Monkey's Raincoat:" "She took another microscopic bite of her sandwich, then pushed it away. Maybe she absorbed nutrients from her surroundings."

That's very common now. I've heard of these "unveiling" events everywhere these days. Seems to be an excuse for the husband to throw a party. I've never heard of needing a permit to shoot tannerite in my county. I'm a bit shocked that the folks of Lincoln Nebraska would require a permit, those are pretty good people. The husband even called the police, in this case, to let them know he was doing it. https://www.atf.gov/explosives/binary-explosives

Even more shocking. These binary explosives have not been much of a hazard to anyone over the years. No more than a gas grill or common car anyways. I just haven't heard of much legislation done against the product BUT, like all things fun, it will come.

I am pretty sure the Nebraska State explosive permit was in place long before binary explosives came on the market, but it is one of those things that technically falls under requiring a permit. You can legally buy Tannerite here with out a permit but currently need a permit to legally touch it off. Most folks don't know you need a permit from the NSP to set it off.
