My experience is that BCP are one of the worst fish to catch when the barometer is down/falling and one of the easiest when it's up/rising.

Evidently the guy's bait was similar to an overly eager young gentleman with hefty case of BO going into a club full of pretty girls. The 'ladies' get close and then turn away. "How come I can't get any bites?"
