These two plants have completely taken over my dock area. I live on a 60 acre lake give or take and the lake is surrounded by cattails and lilies. I had the cattails and lilies both cleared out and then these two plants completely took over. I can rake them up but it's a very slow process. What can I use to eradicate them?

Thanks for your help.

Your pictures are not very good. The plants even look a little dried out. Better pictures as described in this link would help verify the plant names.

Since you are in FL the 1st plant is likely Hydrilla. If you were in the north, I would call it Elodea a superficial similar looking plant. Better pictures will help.

The 2nd plant photograph is not in good focus and too far away from the leaves/stems. However this plant could be coontail aka hornwort.

Very good videos of aquatic plants:

I second Bill's comments and ID. I was thinking Hydrilla and Coontail too.

Thanks for the help and the links. I too now think hydrilla and coontail. So I have coontail hydrilla and a spot of eel grass. So what would be the best way to eradicate all of these weeds? Would fluridone take care of all three?

A 90 PPB dose of fluridone would do the trick.

Wouldn't the fluridone need to be applied to the entire pond to be effective? This would wipe out most everything, wouldn't it? Just curious, as I think spot application just to clear the immediate area may be more inline of what he is asking?

Fluridone is an entire pond treatment - definately not for spot or partial treatments. It has an extended or lengthy time frame as a mode of action.
