I didnt build up a damn like alot of folks do I had to just flat out dig a hole lol, so there were no trees to flood, so I took some of the old pine trees that were cleared and put them in the ground so I would have standing timber to fish and a place for the bass to hang out

That's a good looking dock. Were you attached to an engineering company with your last deployment? You might want to consider putting a coat of water sealant on it now before the pond fills.

Yea im a Navy Seabee so water and building kinda go hand and hand for us lol. Glad you guys like it, only gonna get better from here. should have my feeder soon, so gonna but a small dock on the other side of the pond for it to go on.
