Maybe just for the sake of discussion, what would be good or bad about a pond stocked with GSF, RES, wormouth, rockbass, and a variety of minnows, if your objective is productive light spinning and fly fishing? Seems like it would be easy to manage.

More than likely you would have a lot less trouble with needing to cull. Actually, I like the idea.
I have a 1/4 to 1/3 acre at the back of my place. It is loaded with BG, GSF, redears and 25 channel cat. If I drop a worm in the water, they go for it immediately. And that's with their guts full of feed.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

I put 2 warmouth in my pond and got lucky and they were a pair and spawned..... They are a blast to catch on lite tackle as are red ears

I found warmouth on the MO list of approved species, but I didn't see rock bass. It doesn't look like anyone in MO sells warmouth. Maybe it's a case of no demand, but the fish look like they'd be a nice addition to many ponds.
