Wife was iffy on it but now it has really paidon't off. Thanks to all the typed words of wisdom from this forum. My dad and my brother in law have put a lot of work in it glad to have great help. Thanks for looking

If we accept that: MBG(+)FGSF(=)HBG(F1) And we surmise that: BG(>)HBG(F1) while GSF(<)HBG(F1) Would it hold true that: HBG(F1)(+)AM500(x)q.d.(=)1.5lbGRWT? PB answer: It depends.
IMO the catfish is either a blue or a channel. Hard to tell by the photo but I will guess blue. I tell the difference by the shape of the anal fin (the long fin along the bottom near the tail). The blue has a straight fin, the channel has a more curved or rounded one. A lot of time the channel will also have several small black spots scattered along the flank, but not always. In my experience, the spots tend to disappear on larger fish, especially the males.
I seen it on the Internet under searching cantilever dock. I drove the 6x6 post in with my excavator. The post on the back are about 6 ft in the ground the tall post are 9 ft in the ground. It has a 3/8 cable holding the end of the dock to the rear. Although it didn't need it. Just a looks thing.
Just a little update wife has caught the largest fish so far. Everything is coming along great. Maybe starting our home this year I'll try to start another thread showing progress
