How big should 8 inch CC be by October in N. Arkansas if fed a good pellet food twice daily to satiation?

I stocked 10" ones up here about this time of the year and in the fall they were eating size.

IME I stocked about that size fall 2014. I harvested 14 to 18 inch fish in July 2015. Average was around 2 pounds. I fed them 36% Cargill Multi-Species once a day. The pond was also full of forage fish.
