I'll give the guy $50 to try that with one of TJ's HSB. The drone would stay dry about 2 seconds, but it would be an epic video.

I'll give the guy $50 to try that with one of TJ's HSB. The drone would stay dry about 2 seconds, but it would be an epic video.  I wonder how much lifting power one has? Or one of the CC in my pond. I popped 8# test on one today, and yesterday I caught a 7.5# CC on 4# test........

I related a story in another thread awhile back about my Buddy trolling in the river with a little remote controlled boat.....remember the seen from Jaws when the shark took two barrels under? It was like that. Never saw that little boat again!

It is a good way to take a drone for a swim when a larger fish takes the bait. Are drones water proof?

I could see shore fishermen using a copter to run baits out past the break for shark fishing...but then again kites work well for this and cost a fraction of the price.
