Has anyone seen or used this ESS-13 product sold by Seepage Control Inc. (www.seepagecontrol.com)
They claim to guarantee its success at sealing ponds. The product can be used during the pond construction (mixed & compacted with soil) or in existing ponds (waterborne application).
