For fall stocking of new pond,Can I stock fhm 20lbs, Res 1-2" 250ct, And Smb 1-1.5" 100ct at the same time?

You can but I'm not sure you will get any growth to speak of during an IL. winter.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Stock the minnows, let hang out and own the pond for a year before stocking predators. Read "baitfish cocktail" article. If you are stocking smallmouth, find and read the 5 part series on smallmouth by Bill Cody. 2 years after stocking smb (2-4in) and (4-6in), 3 years after minnows, smb have reached 15 inches and spawned both years. It is a bit of a wait, but well worth it. Stock small numbers of smb and watch them explode in size. I stocked only 75 in 1.25 acre pond. They are doing great.
