I just wanted to share last nights experience. Caught some fish from a woodland pond(.15 acre)that I stocked last spring. Aerated with no feeding. Bait was 1.5"-2.5" BG minnows. The biggest surprise, to me, was the BH are that aggressive. 7" BH eating 2" BG minnows. I will now begin pellet feeding this pond and try to train the adult YP to take pellets. My hope is the GSF and BH will "teach" my YP. The BOW The Bait

How deep is your pond? Any more (wide angle) pictures of it? That's like the perfect size I'm thinking about building. I only need a little watering hole to stick some BG and RES in.
