This is the second tadpole spawn I have seen in the pond this year and is the biggest I have ever see. Approximately 7 feet long by 2 feet at the widest part. There are so many they have muddied the water. Tadpoles are great algae eaters as you can see. This picture is the upper left portion of the first picture.

I assume many spawns took place at the same time and then they all bunched together. I have several types of frogs including Bull Frogs so who knows what these are.

Look like toad tadpoles based on the black color.
