I have a half-acre pond with an average depth of four feet. There may be some bass and turtles in there but that's it. If I can put crappie in it, how should I go about doing it? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum
Highflyer/ Brian is right about the crappie thing. There is plenty to read on here about that idea. Read up on it. I have a 5ac puddle with crappie and the jury is out still , only a year into it. So far so good. Coppernose / red ear would be the best way to go
