... It works quite well.

It's a seasonal milestone when you need to employ these devices, but it was time.

We have been going heat to AC, heat to AC for the better part of a month now. Have had a fairly warm spring overall but wet and cool right now so back to the heat.

Wow.....a/c on in Michigan. I'm surprised.

We have had an amazing spring down here in NE Texas. Cool and wet. Unlike some years when we jump straight from winter to summer. smile

Wow you must be south Michigan. I am quite close to lake Huron and it is cold cold cold still. Snow tomorrow.

Cheers Don.

This is one of my favorite times of year...I can run the whole house fan and get nice cool air through the house, and sleeping is AWESOME with the windows open.

I usually try to hold off until at least June 15 before the AC comes on. I hate AC. Really messes with my sinuses.

Davis Vantage Vue says, "Hold on to your hat". High gust yesterday 47 mph. 39 mph so far this morning. Forecast low for the next 2 nights mid 20s F. Last week we were in the 70's.

54 mph gust seems to be the maximum for today. Feels like winter during spring.

Yeah, today was kinda icky with the rain and cold. Supposedly snowed at my place a bit north of here. No wind, but it's a clammy type cold. Last week was awesome!

Middle West Michigan, about a mile from the big lake.

South Michigan would be way too warm for me, and I have this fear of melting laugh

I've had fires in both wood stoves going most of the day. There was snow yesterday in the counties between Sunil's Pond and our place. Frost is forecast for tonight and tomorrow night.

We are planning a neighborhood fish fry for Saturday evening. I may have to dig out the "Green Hornet" fishing rig tomorrow if I need more fish from the pond.

Snowed here today, and stuck! They salted the roads too... ugh. I broke down and started the fire. It is not expected to even get close to "normal" for the next 10 days.

So. sick. of. winter!

It's been hot hot down here in Fl and I was getting anxious to get back to N In but see for the next week the lows are gonna be in the high 30s and low 40s. Probably not even warm enough soil for the shrooms ta pop. NO THANKS !!!

Yes we had some lake effect snow over night Wednesday night and a bit last night. The sun is cooking it off this morning and should be gone by 10.

Time to tune up the lawn mower and check the air in the tires. Be cutting grass in no time I am sure.

Lake Michigan in GH is hovering in the low 30's. Supposed to be a bright and sunny day with decent temps, but the clouds rolled in and it's a clammy cold. I hate the clammy cold stuff.

All of our mowers prepped and ready for summer.

Robins are really skinny (no earthworms/night crawlers yet). They have taken to eating cat food.

Mosquitoes started hatching and then a few days later the barn swallows showed up and started eating them. How do they know when to arrive for mosquito time?

There is a stupid bird pooping on my left front tire again. Probably trying to build a nest in the engine compartment. Sheesh, is this going to be the third year?

Maybe I ran one over in the past and it's Karma laugh

Well, it's 48.7°F outside right now. I have 3 windows open and an 20" fan running on high, plus the A/C on low. It's been holding a steady 70°F inside for the past couple hours, and no heat running. Go figure that one out!

It was 82°F in here about 5 hours ago when I woke up from a nap. Windows were open and had the fan running, that's when I turned the A/C on. This place is weird!

I mowed the yard yesterday. I haven't taken the snow plow off the UTV! (more like being lazy, than being worried about a big snow -- but you never know!)

However, it was 30 F here this morning. I was at a community road/park cleanup this morning. One lady said she drove through big snow flakes and sleet to get here.

It is about 34 and raining now. This just ain't right! I should have my fish feeders out, and a lot more of my garden should be in.
