for a simple guy. Know this is short notice but yesterday I was given a wild boar in an exchange for a cook out of the back straps to occur Sun at 11:00. I have very little experience with marinades and am not an accomplished griller. Please keep it simple with just a few ingredients and short soak time. What about a pack of Teriyaki stir mix in a couple a cups of 7 up? Thanks in advance.

Do nature a favor, spay/neuter your pets and any weird friends or relatives.

Place wild game in Large Freezer bag, pour in milk(I massage it in the bag), refrigerate. I pour out 1st round of milk after a couple hours (get's bloody) put new milk in and refrigerate until cook time.

Then I take a large bowl, pour in a whole bottle of Dales Liquid seasoning, 1 20oz Dr. Pepper, Ground Pepper or any other seasoning you like. Mix, I usually salt with garlic salt on the grill.

The Dales can get salty, don't marinate over 1 hour.

Enjoy!

Lawry's Steak and Chop Marinade. Dump the bottle and marinade 30 minutes and you are good to go. Works great on venison too!
