been thinking about buying some channel cat from a fish markett and putting them in my pond to help boost my stocking ,,source is same as my stocked 5 - 8 inch channel that was stocked a few weeks ago

i can get some that weigh about 1.5 pound each and have a 100 gallon tank to move them with and plan on moving about 25 pound each time ,,

anyone know why this want work ,, will be done while its still cool

Try asking the fish market where they get their CC. Call the source for the market CC. The delivery truck may drop some off to you when they make a market delivery if you make prior arrangements. Rainman may drop some off for you - he should see this post.

1.5 pound is the size I like to harvest!

25 pounds in about 90 gallons after water is displaced will haul pretty easily if there is some sort of aeration.
