I'm about to stock a 0.4 acre pond with Hybrid Bluegill and CC. I'll be feeding them daily. Once you begin feeding them how many days can you go without feeding them before it does serious damage to the fish. I'm mainly asking for vacations. How often would I need to have someone feed the fish if I'm gone for a week?

They'll be fine. If it worries you, maybe have someone come over and feed a couple times during the week you are away? I usually ask my FIL to help out when we go on vacation, because he's close and he really enjoys it. But I wouldn't have any worries about skipping a week once the fish were in and established.
HBG and CC are pretty easy to feed train, and I'm betting they will pick it right back up where you left off.
There's always the option of a mechanical feeder?

About 5 years ago I had to spend most of the summer out of State. When I returned there was no hesitation on feeding.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

It all depends on stocking density, and your goals for feeding. (fastest growth, supplemental, etc.)
You could always purchase a solar powered automatic feeder, that way the fish will be fed whether someone will be there or not.

I feed at my pond with a modified deer feeder and it is battery run. Without the mini solar panel the battery will last about a month or so. (a good energizer 6 volt) But if you don't want to do any of that 7 days of not feeding your fish I don't think would hurt them.... You need to remember that the fish eat your fish food but they do eat other stuff in the pond as well. The would make it a week I bet easy no problems.

It depends !!!
Once the fish are established and in good condition then during the growing season you can skip a week. If you do so then feed very heavily the 2 to 3 days before you leave.
If its during winter or cold times skipping a week is no big deal as metabolisms have slowed and a lot of food in not needed.
It does depend on a bunch of factors however.
