Just watched a show about farming clams near Cedar Key Fl. They stated that the clams could produce 2,ooo,ooo that's right, two million eggs each. I wonder when Cecil or Bill are going to develop YP so fertile.
Do nature a favor, spay/neuter your pets and any weird friends or relatives.

Yellow Perch don't have that many eggs but they have a lot. 25,000 to 200,000 depending on the size of the fish. Typically the higher the number of eggs of a fish species the lower the survival rate. It's mother nature's way to compensate.
