If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

I think there may be some typos however. I don't believe to bluegill on the top of the page is a hybrid. It looks more like a female bluegill. Also I believe the maximum nitrites should be nitrates.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

I agree Cecil. I don't think the author/s were actual researchers or one intensively working with BG as for instance BG specialist and researcher Joe Morris at Iowa State Univ. Although the aauthor's titles indicate otherwise. They probably just compiled available literature thus the "miss" on the hybrid BG notation instead of calling it a female BG. IMO This shows us he is not real well versed about physical characteristics of BG unless the "miss" was just an editorial typo. Nevertheless the article was informative and contained good information about growing BG focused on those in the food market.

I think it was an editorial typo. I've seen those in texts a lot.
