Could someone or anyone provide me with an online or catalogue source for good quality minnow traps? I need to harvest a few fatheads from the minnow pond and I'm afraid to dump water for fear it may not fill for several weeks due to drought conditions!
Thanks for your help, Ed

Good morning, Ed. If you just want a few minnows, any of the simple minnow traps will work. http://www.nylonnet.com/collapsi.htm If you are interested in catching more minnows, then try the larger traps, such as the 4-opening trap here http://www.cantoncageworks.com/traps.htm or the cloverleaf trap (same design) here http://quicksitebuilder.cnet.com/hallswormery/01/id6.html Heck, what am I thinking?? Cabelas has a nice selection, from the small inexpensive ones to the bigger ones. http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/common....giftCertificat eURL=%2Fcabelas%2Fen%2Ftemplates%2Fgiftcertificate%2Fgiftcertificate.jsp%3Fid%3D0005586990011a%26podId%3D0005586%26catalogCode%3DIB%26navAction%3Djump%26indexId%3D&_D%3A%2Fcabelas% 2Fcommerce%2FCabelasCatalogNumberFinder.giftCertificateURL=+&QueryText=minnow+trap&_DARGS=%2Fcabelas%2Fen%2Fcommon%2Fsearch%2Fsearch-box.jsp.form9&N=4887&Ntk=Products&Ntx=mode+matc hall&Nty=1&Ntt=minnow+trap&noImage=0 Dave

Ed -- I can't get that Cabelas link to post correctly. Just go to their web site, and then search for "minnow trap." The small and large traps will both be displayed. http://www.cabelas.com/

Thanks Dave!
Cabela's is very competitive with their prices. I just finished ordering from their online store. Wow - great info on other sites and products in your posting.
