Im new to this forum and have found a lot of useful information. However, I was wondering if you guys could answer a question of mine. I am in the process of building a dam in the middle of a 3 acre pond to create a waterfowl impoundment on one side for hunting. Im in need of some advice as to how I can fill the impoundment from the adjacent pond and how I can maintain that 18-24" water level. Thanks in advance for the information.

Can you run electricity? Seems like a trash pump ought to do it.

Welcome to the forum, Moose. Agri-drain makes an excellent water control system. A common, cheaper and easier (but also much leakier) method is to use a round pipe with 4-6" tall flashboards. Here is a link to the Agri Drain Website... Agri Drain
