I will be using air line to push air 200 ft up an elevation of 40 ft to go over my dam. What kind of problems am I facing? Tom Sterling ( Shelby County)

Tom, the only thing of concern is tubing size. The smaller the ID, the higher the pressure required for enough flow. Unless I missed something in Applied Physics, the 40' of elevation is irrelevant...just distance and diameter for required flow volume. A half inch ID tubing will supply several diffusers, where 3/4" or 1" will lower pump pressure at the same flow.

I would be concerned about condensation running back to the compressor. You'll need a check valve at the compressor and a means of bleeding the line regularly.

dg84s makes a very good point! Not only could condensation become an issue by having the pump downhill from the pond, a power failure could cause a siphon to begin.
