I have a FA curly leaf pond weed problem, the combination has taken over about 80% of my pond and the PW grows down to about 8 feet, so im trying this multistage approach, Id like to know if im on the right track, or of possible problems.
1) I started aeration, (3+ cfm in the deepest part)
2) I hit about a 3rd of the pond with cutrine plus.
3) I haven’t done yet, but I bought some reward and I plan on hitting about half the pond next weekend.
The big question is the pondweed doesn’t look happy, it’s a grayish green . Has the aeration made it less hospitable to the pond weed? If so if I clear it from about half the pond with reward will it stay in check or should I get some gc?
Also when applying reward in more than 8 ft of water they recommend getting it down to where the weeds are. Anyone know of a simple rig for a backpack sprayer for that?

Thanks in advance guys. Since I started reading this forum and magazine when I look at my pond, or any other I see possibilities and potential,, and a good bit of work,,,
