Love the Art Deco look on that outboard.

spark! That's why I said "Timeless!"
There's nothing in the pic that allows the viewer to date it.

Good observation, could be anytime from 1940 to present. That boat fits Bill like a glove...looks like it was whittled from the trunk of a tree next to the pond. This photo needs to grace the cover of a Pond Boss magazine at some point - I'm definitely getting mine autographed!

More priceless than timeless. I'm gonna get that blown up to an 8x10, have it autographed and hang it beside my picture of myself and Ted Nugent. I have a comment about the size of Bills dingy but I better refrain so as to retain the good friendship he and I have.

Ha, he almost looks like my dad, plus kinda looks like me. My dad even has that same Johnson outboard motor! Pretty sure my dinghy is bigger AND I know how to use it.

Out on the water, all alone. Just Cody with one hand on his Johnson. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxVH5sKUlPg

I wouldn't even attempt a caption for that.
For the diehard Pond Bosser's who don't attend the conferences -- maybe that photo will convince them to attend. I believe it was at the second official Pond Boss conference that photos of Bill's Pond Yacht first appeared.
I've looked through my archives. I unfortunately can't find the picture of Lusk, after pacing back and forth and getting rather antsy with Bill, as Bill's presentation went on a little longer than Bob had planned. As Bob finally pulled the very calm, but animated, Mr. Bill Cody offstage, like in an old vaudeville act, Bill put his arm around Bob's shoulders, and gave gave Bob a big smooch on the cheek as he disappeared into the audience in silence.
It is these kinds of moments and photos that really make Pond Boss so much fun.

I couldn't come up with a caption I wouldn't immediately moderate. And I hate moderating myself.
