OP JeffBrm Joined: May 2013 Posts: 11 Houston, Texas	I recently had the water in my pond analyzed. They sent me the hard numbers but didn't interpret them for me in any way. Can anyone help me out and tell me if there are any possible problems with the numbers? Attached Images

OP JeffBrm Joined: May 2013 Posts: 11 Houston, Texas	I got in touch with a PhD at Texas A&M and he recommended that I add non-iodized salt and lime the pond, as the chloride, hardness and alkalinity levels were a bit low.

OP JeffBrm Joined: May 2013 Posts: 11 Houston, Texas	It's actually a small retention pond in the neighborhood I live in. It's around 290 and 610. It has a bunch of crawfish & frogs, and I stocked it with some CC in the spring, they seem to be doing well so far. I just got the water checked out because I was curious, and we'd been having some filamentous algae problems recently.
