As soon as it hit, she jumped on it and the fight was on. He reeled it in , handed the rod to my daughter as he jumped into the water after it, lol. He came up with both hands in its mouth. She weighed in at 8 1/2 lb., 23 1/2 in. long, 7 1/2 in across. I have a 1 1/2 acre pond max 10 ft.
