JKB, the guy in the plaid shirt is the neighbor from across the street and to the right. Doug.
Yes, that lady (actually her dad and his twin brother) have the Tilapia farm. The brothers are in their upper 80's and still going strong.
It was warm that day, but it was about 10 degrees cooler than it was earlier in the week.
