Just came out short meeting where it was said the water treatment facility recieved over 17" of rain in Feb at this particular one in Troy, Al.. Like wise I live about 6 crow miles from that facility and I recieved 12.31 for the Month of Feb.. The average Feb rainfall for this area is 4.3". The drought is considered gone for now.

Esshup, I can relate to that feeling after we went through the drought here for a long time. I was proud to have Feb..
BTW 17" is right at 1/3 of the average annual rainfall for Troy.

I'm interested to see what the water table looks like in a couple weeks. We got some pretty decent Lake Effect snow this year. The pond's all around me are overflowing while the melt is going on. Rivers should be pretty high right now.
