Todd, I have eaten it several times but have had all that I will eat. Here is a true story, maybe you like something better if you don't know what it is. Wivey great uncle said that during the depression that his family had eaten all the non laying chickens and a doctor friend told them he wanted to come for a visit. The doctor was very successful and had no idea how bad times were in the mountains. Great uncle said that all they had was a possum they had caught a few nights before but none of the family liked the taste so they caged it to give to someone who would eat it. Anyway they fried it up and doc sets down and grabs a front leg, eats it, then eats other front leg. Seeing he liked it they asked him if he wanted any more. He told them he was full as he had ate both wings.

Great story, kenc.
Truthfully, what catmandoo had prepared was Jellied Pig Knuckles.
The picture gives a somewhat incomplete impression of the events. We had eaten one dish of JPK already. When catmandoo brought out the second dish, Todd dared me to eat the JPK without the usage of my hands, or Triscuits. Todd was drunk.
I took the dare and set off inhaling the JPK.
I was about half-way done with the second dish when Todd realized that I was going to finish the whole dish.
He panicked and snatched this dish from before me. He ran into the bathroom, locked the door, and finish the last of our JPK.
He then passed out in the bathroom, with a fully belly, and goatee full of meat and gelatin.
Excerpt from Robert Crais' "The Monkey's Raincoat:" "She took another microscopic bite of her sandwich, then pushed it away. Maybe she absorbed nutrients from her surroundings."

I do like the JPF. Do you know what the native W.Va. people call headcheese? I am a curious type.

I thought we had agreed not to talk about that whole "locked myself in the bathroom" thing. The pig meat and gelatin in my goatee was bad enough, but I could have lived with that! And you WERE going hog wild (pun fully intended) on the JPK - I had no other choice but to stage an intervention!

Weekends at Sunil's pond usually lead to some sort of misadventure. One never knows where it'll end up!

Are we confusing the words "misadventure" and "gunplay"?
Holding a redear sunfish is like running with scissors.

Man am I jealous. Lost our good ice a couple of weeks ago. Only got to go twice so far this year. Had fun while it lasted though, caught 7 CC between 5&7 pounds. Several nice HBG, and a few LMB. Look like its over for this year. Those are some nice looking fish.

On a side note, I've found the two worst things to get caught in your beard/goatee are ice cream and butter.
Both get rank in less than 30 minutes.

It depends if the tuna is raw or not...

It is hard to fish when you spend most of your time either passed out or getting foodstocks from your beard.

This will likely be the last weekend of good ice here. Took the wife out for the first time this morning. A few fish caught, nothing to brag about. Best of all though, she enjoyed herself, which is saying something considering her disdain for the cold.

That is an awesome pic! Is the hat genuine Ice Armor issue also?? Can't say I've seen that in their catalog.
"Forget pounds and ounces, I'm figuring displacement!"
If we accept that: MBG(+)FGSF(=)HBG(F1) And we surmise that: BG(>)HBG(F1) while GSF(<)HBG(F1) Would it hold true that: HBG(F1)(+)AM500(x)q.d.(=)1.5lbGRWT? PB answer: It depends.
