No not at all. You're just one of those brainy engineers that probably likes numbers. I know you like gadgets. LOl
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

I know a local company that is going to have a "not so nice" 12/21/2012 when an assembly line wont start up that morning. Supposed to take place on the 19th, but I reset the countdown by 2 days a couple month's ago. It's a common practice in the industry for companies that don't like to pay bills. Don't make your car payment, they repo it! Don't pay your electric bill, it get's dark! Don't pay your Control's Engineer, your automated assembly line takes a vacation!

You'd be surprised how many businesses are doing that these days because their customers don't pay on time either, so it's a domino effect. I'm glad I have an open account with my main supplier.

I worked for a small company that had a postage meter. They'd run the envelope w/check thru the meter, then put it in a drawer. Easy to blame the post office that way.
That went on for months and months. It finally slowed down when the postman started checking the dates on the mail that he picked up. The company then resorted to dropping the envelopes in a mailbox. Some came back, but most didn't. The company finally was repo'd be the orig. owner.

So it's been shutdown since the 21st? They haven't/don't know to ask you why?

So it's been shutdown since the 21st? They haven't/don't know to ask you why? They are just trying to avoid paying their bill. People have a tendency to avoid contacting those they owe money to. Negotiations for payment are in the works. Cheaper than a lawyer! You have to be careful who you do business with around here, especially if it is tied to the automotive industry.
