I have a three acre pond shaped in a semi-circle with max depth of about 20 feet. This weekend I installed the Vertex aeration system with two air stations. My plan had been to install one air station in the 20 foot depth contour and the other station at about the 12 foot contour depth. I miscalculated on the length of bottom tubing needed and only reached the 15 foot contour depth with one station and about 10 on the other one. Should I order more tubing and extend the one air station to the maximum depth or leave as is? Thanks in advance for your advice.
