Hey Everyone! I've got row crop watershed runoff kinda under control after years of watching gulley heads grow,(my farm land is considered 'highly erodable' and is in a soil conservation program). I have a 20 year old gulley structure with a dam and basin drain near the center with exit drain pipe extending out to the existing gulley. I'd like to "line" the collection basin somehow and try to retain some of the water for other uses. I don't think this water would support fish, but maybe a wet weather pond for wildlife, fire fighting or irrigation. Thanks in advance for your comments and ideas. Bryant

First off you have to make sure the dam will hold back the water, not leak and not blow out.
Clay liner or EDPM liner is what I'd look at.
