has LMB and a few BG. algae problem. thinking about seining, killing and stocking hybrid BG, a few LMB,Grass Carp, Dye, feed, Aeration. any experience with a pond of this size? Have other larger ponds with good LMB, BG, Cats etc.

I'd keep the LMB out. A few LMB turn into many. Stock HBG and HSB and a hand full of CC or 1 or 2 BC. What would you be stocking the grass carp for? They will not eat the algae. Perhaps consider stocking tilapia, they would eat it. George1 a member on here has a lot of experience managing a smaller Texas pond in a similar manner. Look for posts by him and read about what he has done.
