We have been fishing in our now year-old pond determining size of fish. The catfish were seeming to elude us and lately we have been catching a few, last weekend Mark caught two that were 12" CC that we put in 09-09-06 that were 4 to 6". What is surprising is he caught one of the four albino catfish 5" - 7" that I put in this year, 04-11-07, and it measured a whopping 15"... yes 15". We do have a large forage base and I do have a fish feeder (and go outside often to watch and feed the fish in the evening). Is this normal growth for albino catfish or did I just have one hungry albino?
