We've been losing a few the last couple of days, 1st hot days we've had. 5 yellow perch, 2 suckers and a blue gill. They look like they've been dead for a while. I don't know how long it takes to decompose like that, but Thurs. I started getting rid of the massive amounts of dw we had and started raking leaf litter around the edge. Did I stir up nutrients in the water to kill them or a coincidence? I ordered everything for aeration and should be here in a couple of days. A couple had been munched on and clearly dead for some time. Feel bad they were some nice fish. I stopped "stirring" the waters til my parts come in, just in case. Thanks. Charlie

Those numbers I wouldn't stress... It's still tough to lose just one nice fish though. How big of a pond is it?

It's small .165 acres. My only concern was, this happened after I started fooling with the pond. Thanks. Charlie
