i have a corrugated stand pipe that has been blocked off underwater in the pond that has a small trickle. i want to plug pipe at back side of dam. i want to use something that can be poured into pipe to form HELPa plug what can be used

One question for you - is the trickle coming out of the pipe outlet itself where it comes through your dam, or from somewhere on the outside of the pipe? If inside the pipe, I think you could just consider filling it with concrete, but if it's outside, that could be a bigger issue.
