Just curious if anyone has tried putting sheet metal dividers in a TH Feeder to put diff sizes of AQ in?

I think it would take a lot of fiddling around to get the divider in the right place so you don't create a bridging problem with the larger sized food. You're better off mixing the food together in the hopper as you fill it. Purina Game Fish Chow is made of different sized pellets.

Mixing different sizes of Aquamax or any other feed in a feeder greatly reduces the risk of jamming the feeder due to bridging.

Bing,
What is this "bridging" you speak of?

Bridging is when the outlet is clogged by the the feed "getting stuck" in the outlet, nothing blocking it but the feed locking up. It is common in things like grain unloading, gumball machines geting clogged, etc. Especially in gumball machines, etc. the mixing of different sizes of product greatly reduces bridging. There aren't a lot of products where you can successfully mix sizes (corn & wheat????), but with fish food you can.
