What is the ratio of pounds of GSH to BG should there be? What kind a bass to GSH ratio should there be in a pond? I want to have a trophy BG pond and am on a budget of 150 dollars. How quickly would the suggested number of BG produce a sizeable population? what about GSH reproduction?

No fish right now... It dried up in the killer drought last yer but is back up to 4 1/2 feet with a good red clay liner and nice runoff. No trees or aquatic vegetation.

Well then, forget about GSH. Put them out of the equasion. You want the LMB to concentrate on eating BG, not GSH if you want a trophy BG pond.
I'd go with CNBG if the water temps will allow it, and stock somewhere along the lines of 50/50 to 70/30 (bg/lmb) instead of the normal 10/1 ratio.
Stock CNBG/LMB of the same size, and toss in 2# of FHM too. FHM will help the LMB, and won't hinder your goals after the first year - they'll be all eaten.
