It seems that we've had a Max Online number of 661 back on 1/14/11, and no higher number since.
Let's pick a time some evening in the next few days where we can try to break that record. It would give us all a chance to see how many 'active' people, posters & lurkers, there are at Pond Boss.
Anyone want to pick a time?

I like the idea. I am not sure I could make it or not as it is the end of the semester and becoming crunch time. Maybe Saturday night. I know its supposed to nasty weather so I am not going away.

Primetime TV shows air around 8pm eastern for a reason so that might be a place to start.

If I'm awake, I can usually be logged on. I'm in front of a computer for about 10 hours a day at work. The TV remote sits on top of a laptop next to my EZ chair. There is a computer right near where I do my fish cleaning, butchering, and pastrami prep. My cell phone and my Kindle both have Internet connectivity...  ... there is something wrong with this picture!  I'd vote for most anytime except Friday evening, Saturday evening, or Sunday morning.

Why don't we try 8 or 9PM EST for a few nights and see what kind of numbers we can put up?

Let me know. I can stay logged in on my TV all the time, and still watch shows. This thing is neat!
Dwight should not have any problem logging everyone in at the same time. Just need to open a new browser and do it.

I can log in on all of my puters and TV at the same time, plus I can change browsers and log in on the same puter. Like if I open Firefox, Chrome and IE, I can be logged into this site on all three (need to log in separately). Not sure it counts as 3 separate log in's, but have done it, and even posted it once here.

Dwight, can Mabro, Tan, be online at the same time as you? Yes, Gail, Tan, Zeke, Zoey and I can all be logged on at the same time. Even Buck(RIP) can but that would be like voting in Chicago.  Oh, I see we already went the honesty is best route. It is a very rare evening that I am not logged. Very, very rare.

What exactly are you running...?? Intrigued by this. Nothing that you are not. I just logged in on IE while being logged in on Firefox on my laptop. I am sure I can run the gambit and log onto this site from the same puter from every browser out there, multiple times, at the same time! But, that seems to be a waste of time, unless Sunil want's to blow the record, if it counts.
