Subject line says it all...
Looking for a contractor to give me an estimate and possibly some money-saving advice on building a new pond, or renovating an old pond. Anyone know any in the area??
Located in Sumter County, Alabama.

I'd call the Pond Boss Office and see if they have any recommendations. If they don't know, I wouldn't know where to turn for a reliable reference unless someone on here has a good one.

Contact the local NRCS/USDA office. They should have a list of local dozer drivers. However, inclusion on the list in no way assumes competency. You can also ask local pondowners who did theirs.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Welcome to PB.
Check with your county co-op extension agent. Also check with the one in Meridian (next door in MS). While those guys don't cross state lines the contractors do all the time.
