I had a quick test done on my water, which is ultra clear, and came up with a reading of 40 on the hardness. The extension agent recommended adding 10-34-0 liquid "pop-up" fertilizer, which is available locally, after the water temp went over 75. I checked today and it is almost 80 at 5 ft deep. Also, I can see the bottom at 5-6 ft deep off the dock, even though I doubled the dose of Aquamax recently.
So my question is how much fertilizer is recommended for a one acre pond, deepest 7.25', average probably 4.5'. I am assuming that the container will not tell me that, as I guess it is used for cotton.
Thanks in advance.

Start with 2 gallon per acre, diluted with at least 10 gallons water. Wait 10 days and then use 1 gallon follow-up applications to keep your bloom at the desired 18"-24" visibility range.
It's ALL about the fish!
